How to Delete Your Easypaisa Account

If you no longer need your Easypaisa account, you can delete or deactivate it through the helpline, by visiting a Telenor franchise, or by sending an email. Make sure your account balance is zero before you start.
Method 1: Call the Easypaisa Helpline
This is the easiest and quickest way.
- Telenor Users: Dial 3737 from your registered Easypaisa number.
- Other Networks: Call 042-111-003-737 from any phone.
Provide these details for verification:
- Your CNIC number
- Registered mobile number
- Recent transaction info (optional but helpful)
Your account will be closed within a few working days after verification.
Method 2: Visit a Telenor Franchise or Easypaisa Agent
Prefer face-to-face help? Try this:
- Go to Telenor franchise or Easypaisa retailer.
- Take your original CNIC and registered phone number.
- Ask them to delete your Easypaisa account.
You’ll get a confirmation message when the account is closed.
Method 3: Send an Email Request
You can also close your account via email.

- Full Name
- CNIC Number
- Registered Mobile Number
