Punjab Student Card 2025 – July Update

Free Travel, Scholarships & Smart Digital Support for Students

Punjab’s Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has launched the Punjab Student Card 2025 — a modern solution to educational and financial challenges faced by learners. This smart ID card is designed to make education more accessible and future-focused by offering travel relief, scholarship opportunities, and a digital academic profile.

Main Highlights of Punjab Student Card

Cardholders can enjoy free transportation on Punjab’s public buses and vans. This saves students an average of Rs 2,000 to 3,000 per month—especially helpful for those commuting long distances.
  • Scholarship Access
The card enables easy access to scholarship programs like PEEF and Honhaar, both nationally and internationally.
  • Smart Academic Tracking
Each student gets a digital academic profile that records attendance, performance, and extracurricular participation—useful for applying to higher education and jobs later.
  • Special Discounts
Students can get discounts at selected outlets on textbooks, food, stationery, and career-related services.

Who Can Apply?

  • All students enrolled in recognized government or private institutions (schools, colleges, universities) within Punjab.
  • Punjab domicile is required.
